Yes. VORLAN operates its own glove factory. Knitting, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and packing are carried out in-house, using the operations required for your selected construction. Embroidery, printing and leather debossing are also handled in our own factory; the method is approved on the chosen material.
A hardware photograph starts the discussion, but the quotation needs the tab construction, placement and intended closed opening. Review fastening on the assembled glove before confirming the closure.
State the required opening/closing assessment and acceptance criteria. Any attachment-strength or repeated-use testing needs an agreed method and scope; the photo does not supply a tested value.
Review the replacement with the actual tab, cuff and lining. Reconfirm its position, internal finish and open/closed fit, and identify the new hardware version in the order file.
The MOQ is 300 pairs per style per color. Sampling takes 7–10 working days and bulk production takes 30–45 working days, with start dates confirmed against the agreed project.
