Our business, our production floor

A factory you can
build a program with.

VORLAN is the manufacturer behind the order. We operate our own factory and carry out glove making, private label application, inspection and packing in-house.

Ownership connects the decisions.

Knitting, cutting, sewing and finishing are part of our own production operations. Embroidery, printing and leather debossing are also completed in our factory, together with inspection and packing.

For your buying team, this means the material choice, construction and brand detail can be discussed with the same manufacturing business. The approved sample gives those discussions a common reference.

Who we work with

Different buying teams.
Specific project needs.

Tell us how your business buys gloves. That helps organize the quotation, sample review and order information around the decisions your team needs to make.

01

Brands & private label teams

Build a collection with a consistent material direction, fit and identity. Share your tech pack or reference sample, the details that must stay fixed and the areas you want to develop.

02

Importers & sourcing teams

Evaluate the supplier and compare the scope of an order before committing to production. Align the product specification, destination requirements and buying calendar so the quotation and sample answer the same brief.

03

Wholesalers & distributors

Plan a workable assortment across styles, colors and sizes. Identify how pairs should be grouped, labeled and packed, including any versions needed for different customers or destinations.

Built around a buying relationship

Keep the collection
recognizable next season.

Repeat programs need a clear link to what was previously approved. Plan continuity at the level of material, construction and brand identity, while leaving room for the next assortment.

01

One identifiable reference

Name the approved style and version when discussing a repeat order. Keep the material reference, size specification, artwork and packing information together so a familiar style name does not hide a changed detail.

02

Changes with a defined scope

A new lining can affect fit; a cuff change can affect the brand position. Tell us which parts of the previous glove should remain fixed and which parts need development. Agree any new sample review before production.

03

Assortments that can evolve

An established construction can be discussed in new colors, quantities or presentation formats. Reconfirm material availability, the quotation and the production calendar for each order instead of assuming the previous terms carry over.

A wider manufacturing conversation

The collection pages
are a starting point.

Our online collections focus on ordinary fashion and winter glove OEM programs. The factory photographs also show other glove constructions and production capabilities.

If your project falls outside the current catalog, send the actual construction, material and use requirements. We can discuss the relevant sample and manufacturing route without asking you to fit the brief into an existing product page.

  • Use a sample or technical file to make the construction clear.
  • Identify special materials, processing and testing requirements.
  • Confirm the development scope and order terms for that project.

Order planning

Plan the assortment.
Prepare the handoff.

For our ordinary glove programs, the minimum is 300 pairs per style per color. Allocate the sizes within each group, and keep unit packing and carton quantities as separate order instructions.

Samples take 7–10 working days and bulk production 30–45 working days from the agreed start. Material decisions, revisions and buyer approvals need their own place in the calendar; transport is planned separately.

For Europe and North America, share the destination and requested label, documentation and testing details early. These belong in the product brief and quotation scope.
