Made in our own factory / Leather gloves
Our own leather workshop develops the extended cuff with the hand pattern, lining and opening. Buyers need to specify the longer section in its own right, including how it joins the hand and how it is presented in the pack.

Supply cuff length, opening and taper requirements with the hand-size specification. Identify whether lining should continue through the entire extended section.

Your buying specification / VL-LE-04
For private label extended cuff leather gloves, define how the glove should sit under or over the intended garment sleeve. The extended panel changes the silhouette, leather requirement and lining coverage. Give our factory separate length, opening and edge-finish references for development.
| Your choice | What changes | Include in the RFQ |
|---|---|---|
| Extend the cuff further | The panel proportions, leather requirement and lining coverage must be reconsidered. | Total glove length and a separately defined cuff reference. |
| Wear under or over a sleeve | The intended relationship changes the opening your sample needs to demonstrate. | A sleeve reference and the desired fit condition. |
| Change the cuff edge | A different finish can alter the visual line of the extended panel. | Hem appearance and lining termination, shown together. |

Yes. VORLAN operates its own glove factory. Knitting, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and packing are carried out in-house, using the operations required for your selected construction. Embroidery, printing and leather debossing are also handled in our own factory; the method is approved on the chosen material.
State which hand measurements remain fixed and give a separate cuff specification. Review the resulting complete pattern and sample rather than scaling the entire glove.
Show where the lining ends and how it attaches at the opening. If different versions use different coverage, give each a separate construction reference.
Approve the finished cuff length and its laid-flat or folded presentation first. Then confirm the unit-pack dimensions and carton arrangement against the actual packed pair.
Give each length configuration an identifier and a separate measurement specification. Confirm whether the variants constitute separate styles for quotation and MOQ rather than treating them as standard size grading.
The MOQ is 300 pairs per style per color. Sampling takes 7–10 working days and bulk production takes 30–45 working days, with start dates confirmed against the agreed project. Allow separately for material confirmation, revisions, transport and clearance. Packing configuration is agreed in the order specification.
Provide your size chart or agree the size development required. Define measurement points, units, condition and method; approve targets and allowed variation for each required point. Review the assembled glove with the chosen materials, lining and cuff.
Send the artwork, dimensions, placement and destination-specific wording. Our factory reviews the application on the selected construction. Keep the applied brand approval, material references, size specification and packing instructions with the Extended Cuff Leather order version.
Yes. We inspect every finished pair, including dimensions against the agreed size specification, as well as workmanship, pairing and labels. The measurement points, method and tolerances are agreed for the order. Specialist or laboratory testing has a separate defined scope.
Nonconforming gloves are isolated, reworked and reinspected in our own factory. The revised pair is checked against the agreed requirements before it can return to the accepted order quantity.
Retain the approved sample and the named material, pattern, size, artwork and packing versions. Keep the construction-specific decisions from your sample review with that file. Identify every proposed change and reconfirm its approval, quotation and production timing.
