Information you provide

The inquiry form requires your company, country, name, WhatsApp number, business email and a short project message, together with your consent to use those details for the inquiry. The expandable project-details section optionally collects a glove category, quantity in pairs, a development-reference name or code, target timing and one PDF, JPG or PNG reference file up to 5 MB.

The form records the page path from which it is submitted. Each successfully sent submission receives an inquiry reference. Please do not include payment card information, identity documents or other sensitive personal data in the form or attachment.

How your inquiry is used

Your information and any reference file are used to review the sourcing request, discuss materials and specifications, prepare follow-up and maintain the project record. The operator can add internal notes and a follow-up status. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Reference files and access

Your inquiry is emailed to our business mailbox, with any reference file included as an email attachment. The website does not maintain an inquiry database or a private management portal. Reference files are not published as website images or download links. Access to the business mailbox is restricted to the team handling inquiries.

Project correspondence and attachments are handled through our business email service. Contact the team to request deletion or discuss how a reference file is handled. The website briefly processes form contents to send the email. Temporary request fingerprints, reference numbers and rate-limit counters are kept in server memory to prevent duplicates and abuse. They are cleared when the server restarts; expired entries are removed as new inquiries are processed.

Email and WhatsApp

Submitting the form sends an email to our team. It does not send an automatic confirmation email or WhatsApp message to you. Follow-up is handled by the team. Email links open your email application; any information or additional attachments you send there are handled through the email service. WhatsApp links open an external service with its own privacy terms. Your WhatsApp number is used only to follow up on your business inquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not add advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics. The inquiry form does not require an account or set a sign-in cookie.
