Made in our own factory / Touchscreen gloves
Our own knitting factory develops the fine-texture body, narrow rib and contact tips together. The buyer brief should define the desired surface and finished proportions without treating a fine appearance as a tested material specification.

Bring a physical surface reference and the intended size range. Keep the contact-tip coverage and device setup with the fine-knit construction used for the sample.

Your buying specification / VL-TC-04
For private label slim knit touchscreen gloves, use a physical reference to define the fine surface and intended silhouette. Our factory reviews yarn direction, finger fit, narrow cuff and conductive tips together. Confirm the finished thickness and any lining in the sample brief rather than assuming a machine gauge from the appearance.
| Your choice | What changes | Include in the RFQ |
|---|---|---|
| Keep the cuff narrow | Brand placement has less visible area to work with. | Label dimensions and position on the intended cuff proportion. |
| Change yarn for a finer appearance | The body and contact zone both need review in the new construction. | A physical reference and the surface characteristics to retain. |
| Add internal layers | The result is a different assembled fit, not simply the same slim glove with more material. | The added layer and whether the slim silhouette remains a priority. |
Keep the selected options with this style’s material and sample file. Our own factory in Hangzhou reviews the brief for development and bulk production.

Yes. VORLAN operates its own glove factory. Knitting, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and packing are carried out in-house, using the operations required for your selected construction. Embroidery, printing and leather debossing are also handled in our own factory; the method is approved on the chosen material.
No exact yarn or gauge is established by the image. Agree the actual yarn and knitted structure through material review and sample development, then record them in the specification.
Name the finished length and opening points and state the knit condition for each. Use the same agreed method for the sample and production inspection.
Review the new base/contact combination in a complete sample. Confirm fit, tip placement and the agreed device interactions before carrying the functional approval into production.
Do not approve thickness from the knit name alone. Compare the actual yarn, structure and any lining on the complete sample, and record the required finished condition if thickness matters to the order.
The MOQ is 300 pairs per style per color. Sampling takes 7–10 working days and bulk production takes 30–45 working days, with start dates confirmed against the agreed project. Allow separately for material confirmation, revisions, transport and clearance. Packing configuration is agreed in the order specification.
Provide your size chart or agree the size development required. Define measurement points, units, condition and method; approve targets and allowed variation for each required point. Review the assembled glove with the chosen materials, lining and cuff.
Send the artwork, dimensions, placement and destination-specific wording. Our factory reviews the application on the selected construction. Keep the applied brand approval, material references, size specification and packing instructions with the Fine Knit Touchpoint order version.
Yes. We inspect every finished pair, including dimensions against the agreed size specification, as well as workmanship, pairing and labels. The measurement points, method and tolerances are agreed for the order. Specialist or laboratory testing has a separate defined scope.
Nonconforming gloves are isolated, reworked and reinspected in our own factory. The revised pair is checked against the agreed requirements before it can return to the accepted order quantity.
Retain the approved sample and the named material, pattern, size, artwork and packing versions. Keep the construction-specific decisions from your sample review with that file. Identify every proposed change and reconfirm its approval, quotation and production timing.
