Made in our own factory / Knit gloves
For this knit program, our own factory connects yarn selection, knitting, cuff finishing and private label application. The production brief needs to distinguish the plain body from the rib wrist, even when both use the same color.

Send the body texture, finished cuff length and intended label position. Identify which details must remain consistent across the size range and which can change by colorway.

Your buying specification / VL-KN-01
Develop private label plain knit gloves with a distinct ribbed wrist in our own factory. This direction suits a coordinated core range: identify the body yarn, cuff depth and recovery before deciding which colors can share a construction file. A lining change also needs a new fit review.
| Your choice | What changes | Include in the RFQ |
|---|---|---|
| Keep one body and cuff yarn | The brief has one yarn direction to develop across two knit structures. | Composition reference, color and required hand feel for both sections. |
| Change only the cuff | Cuff depth and recovery can change the opening even when the hand remains visually unchanged. | Identify the fixed hand pattern and the cuff change as separate instructions. |
| Add a lining | Inside space and the finished opening must be reviewed again; this is a construction change. | Lining material and attachment direction, plus the complete size range. |
Keep the selected options with this style’s material and sample file. Our own factory in Hangzhou reviews the brief for development and bulk production.
