Made in our own factory / Winter gloves
Our own factory cuts, quilts, sews and finishes this winter development direction. Buyers need to connect the hand-back channels with the shell, proposed internal layers, lining and gathered wrist.

Provide the channel layout and material stack, including the plain palm. Identify any requirements that need separate testing; the quilted appearance alone does not set a warmth rating.

Your buying specification / VL-WI-01
Private label quilted shell gloves need a defined quilt layout and a separate component list for the palm and inside layers. Our factory reviews those choices with the gathered wrist and complete fit. A changed stitch layout or lining needs its own sample review before the quotation scope is finalized.
| Your choice | What changes | Include in the RFQ |
|---|---|---|
| Change quilt spacing | The surface pattern and its placement around the fingers change. | The quilt route and the areas that should remain unquilted. |
| Change an internal layer | The assembled volume and fit need reassessment. | A component list for shell, proposed fill and lining. |
| Retain a contrasting palm | Palm material and joins remain separate from the quilted back. | A palm reference and its relationship to the wrist construction. |
Keep the selected options with this style’s material and sample file. Our own factory in Hangzhou reviews the brief for development and bulk production.
